FAQs

How can I use the eSIM service?

iOS: You need iOS 12.1 or later and an unlocked iPhone. eSIM is supported on any iPhone from XR or XS onward. (Note: when you purchase a device on contract from a mobile carrier it is usually locked to that provider. In this case your device will be considered “locked,” at least until your contract expires. You can check with your carrier to see if it’s possible to unlock the eSIM on your device.)
Samsung, Pixel and many other Android phones support eSIM. For Android phones without built‑in eSIM support you can purchase our eSIM adapter. More information is available on our website https://esimba.store.
