Once you purchase an eSIM plan, your QR code will be delivered to the email address associated with your Chillaxsim account. Please ensure you are logged in with the correct email before completing your payment.

• Delivery charge: Free of charge.
• Delivery method: Digital delivery via email.
• Processing & delivery time: Your order will be prepared and the QR code sent within 24 hours of purchase, including weekends and holidays.

Shipping Policy for eSIM Adapter and Router Products

Shipping Method

We offer international shipping, with typical transit times ranging from 10 to 30 business days.

Shipping Costs

• eSIM adapter cards: US $7–$15, depending on the destination.
• eSIM routers: US $30 flat rate.

Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your parcel has shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing tracking information.
